ILPICCO Mood Book Set
Il Picco is a luxury residential housing development by Hong Kong Resort Company Limited that features 21 detached houses. The residences boast breathtaking sea views and are located at the top of Discovery Bay.
The residential book featured a fabric cover with a hand-pasted image in a debossed photo area on its front. The development’s logo was hot stamped in light and dark grey colors under the image. Semi-coated paper was used for the content of the book to best display the vivid colors of the photos.
The book case was wrapped in the same fabric and a grey ribbon tab was attached to its inside back cover for ease of opening. Color monitoring was vital in this project, and our client came up personally to our factory for a press check before printing.
